It is said that when we have a significant loss in out lives, we go through 5 stages of grief. Anger, depression, bargaining (What if?), and denial are the beginning stages of this process. While each emotion is different for everyone and each person goes through the stages differently, what remains the same is the pain associated with a significant loss.

Therapy is a place where we can talk through your feelings in a safe and supportive atmosphere, giving you the freedom to identify and share your feelings. Through this process we work towards getting to the 5th stage of the grieving process – Acceptance.
